Katie was born and raised in the Haywood/Madison County area. After completing high school, she went to college at Mississippi State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising. After completing college, she moved back to Jackson and received the title of Realtor in 2019! Katie is very involved in the community and currently serves on the Board for JACOA, is the Southeast Area Manager for the Special Olympics and helps with a new Autism Awareness nonprofit “Recognizing the Spectrum”.

She most recently received the title of Broker and has earned designations such as her GRI, ABR, and RENE. Katie is also an Expert Psychological Stager™ (EPS™). Katie provides clients with a full range of home staging services including real estate staging, home decorating, space redesign, paint color consults, and more. She has successfully worked on projects providing staging consultations for occupied and vacant properties. She is now part of an elite group of home stagers who specialize in utilizing psychological staging to help sell for top dollar in the least amount of time. This is what she thinks sets her apart from other Realtors. Katie loves people and strives to give her clients, whether selling or buying, the best experience possible!
